Foundational classes supporting external configuration facilities for services registries implementations. Such APIs and framework facilities include generic external config unmarshalling and generic Spring's application event listener implementation to react to external config changes at runtime and ensure that the registered services are then unmarshalled and reloaded into memory for use by other CAS components.
