This release on schinagl/winfile is a fork from microsoft/winfile (10.3.0.0) and it contains
- A few changes over the last year from https://github.com/microsoft/winfile
- One major change: UNC pathname support. See number 1 in Changes.md
- Show username in caption
- Statically linked versions for WinPE
- Binaries for Windows XP (thanks to @wesinator)
- Hardlinks are shown in Orange
