libzdb, gmime and glib have .pc files, which allows to remove some boilerplate code in autoconf macros.

According to RFC7162 section 3.1.3.0 MODIFIED keyword should be used

this is a trivial acinclude patch to use PKG_CHECK_MODULES instead of doing the same manually.
