New to SpreaD3 software.
I am going through the Visualizing an MCC tree annotated with discrete traits tutorial (4.1). I follow the instructions and get the data loaded correctly, generating the ebov.json file. I then move to the Rendering tab. I select the D3 renderer and Load the ebov.json file.
I select the Render to D3: Render button and the software asks me to save (create) a fold for the rendering files. I enter "ebov_d3" as instructed in the tutorial. I then get this sad faced emoji and this error message "spreaD3_v0.9.7.1rc(1).jar (The system cannot find the file specified)"
It appears that the software is not creating the folder. I tried to create the folder (named ebov_d3) and then entered ebov_d3 when asked to save the file and I got the same error message.
I am not a programmer, so hopefully this is an easy GIU issue that someone could point out.
sincerely, Danny
