TypeDoc out of memory Issue

Steps to reproduce

Comment out Complex in typedoc.js

exclude: [
  '**/index.*',
  '**/node_modules/**',
  // '**/Complex/**', // <-- Here
],

Run:

// yarn
yarn && yarn test
// npm
npm i && npm run test

Running with [email protected]:

When running [email protected] and including the Complex test you'll likely hang indefinitely.

Running with [email protected]:

When running [email protected] and including the Complex test you'll get a JavaScript heap out of memory error.

Using TypeScript 3.9.7 from /home/****/****/****/typedocissue/node_modules/typescript/lib
