Initial algorithm for pulling data from the Firebase database; currently ranks locations from lowest to highest volume; does not take into account user profile; all locations are hardcoded.
Added the changeRating(positive:, id:), which will go to the Firebase database and change the value of the id by plus/minus 1, depending on the value of positive; the value is bounded.
Added really basic load balancing, also fixed some bugs with the changeRating() function.
Added more load balance/profile preference adjustments.
First round app icons.
