# Data analyze my behavioral experimental 7 (categorization taks)
This is the code for analyzing behavioral data, including traditional ANOVA and modeling methods (Ex-Guassion, MMD).
# Data analysis of the Pilot study
In this experiment, participants finished two perceptual decision-making tasks: matching and categorization.
This folder includes the data and the script for pilot study. This folder has four sub-folders and the data, script for cross experimental analysis.
All the data were analyzed in traditionally ways (including the singal detection theory apprach). Also, we applied HDDM to the data. Additionally, the ex-Gaussian method was used for the categorization results.
1_preproc ---- raw data and the R script for preprocessing the raw data and plot (Fig 2 in the manuscript).
2_trad_analysis ---- preprocessed data for ANOVAs and JASP files that include data and results of ANOVAs.
3_exGaussian ---- preprocessed data for exGaussian analysis and the oupt of the exGaussian (parameters and related analysis)
4_hddm ---- preprocessed data for HDDM and python scripts in jupyter notebook and py. |
