LGTM このPRとは別に、 @jacoyutorius さんが作った新しいデザインを入れようと思ったこともあったのですが、過去(2011年？)のブログエントリがあったので、どうしようと思っていました。 |

index.md の語句を変更した。これまでの意図はそのままに、説明を分かりやすくしたつもりです。
変更前だと、「ん？過去の情報はあるけど、今アクティブなのかな？」という感じがしたので、ちょっと変えました。ただ、意味とか意図は変えてません。なんとなく控えめな感じなのは、そのままです。「次のイベントのことをもっと宣伝色を出したほうが良い」みたいな意見がありましたら、言ってください。または編集してください。
