[WIP] solving classical algorithms and data structure problems in rust

tl; dr

• almost a decade ago i solved every problem from "cracking the code interview" and most of the euler mathematical problems in python. at that time, no one had them done online (open source algorithms solutions were only available in C/C++ or Java). my source code was used by many and i even was offered to publish the e-book i wrote while learning.
• during the next couple of weeks, i will be solving each of these classical problems again, but now in rust.
