  • Zillow has rent data by neighborhood (needs to be connected)

  • NeighborhoodInfoDC has census tract, neighborhood cluster, and other summary data aggregated from Census and other data sources. Download the data tables here. Includes foreclosures, poverty, employment, etc. Excel files - will need to be extracted into usable format.
