DNS Propagation Checker Tool - Node Backend

Summary:

• This tool allows anyone to check the global propagation progress of any domain name.
• The project is in two parts - Node Backend and a React Frontend (this repo).
• The frontend exposes a React UI where users can enter any domain name and check its propagation from numerous public DNS servers around the world.
• The entire frontend is serverless, hosted on Cloudflare's edge using Workers.
