- Upgrades for new PyBEL (closes Upgrade to PyBEL 14 / Bio2BEL 3 #14)
- Rewritten importer (closes Failure on populate #12)
- Add support for non-human pathways (closes Deal with non human genes in human pathways #6)
- Add uniprot support (closes Add UniProt accession and identifier fields to Protein class #13)
