MendelIHT v1.4.5

This is a minor release with no breaking changes.

  • Ensures fresh installation of MendelIHT will install the latest SnpArrays.jl (i.e. v0.3.14)
  • save SNP pos/chr/id/ref/alt in output beta file
  • remove tmp files generated when using MendelIHT
