There has been a significant drop in the Medline evidence both from MeSH and SemMedDB. I'm will try to investigate this from my side.

Actually looks like the conditions are coming across fairly well for Medline MeSH, we probably lost some due to the known ingredient issue in #87. Need to investigate the SemMedDB mappings.

This should patch part of the issue where it couldn't map MeSH tags to RxNorms due to changes of tagging on the MEDLINE side (D codes to C codes).

The other 1/2 of the fix will come from Rich when rolls-back removal of PharmacoAction mapping piece implemented in the last release.

This should be addressed on new MEDLINE data in the SENSITIVE table shard with @ericaVoss and @anthonysena. Please comment after you have reviewed
