This PR updates the article about the main sample (WebView2APISample), to focus on VS 2022 rather than VS 2019.

VS 2022 is fully supported for WebView2. Docs for machine setup and GetStarts and Samples are still centered on VS 2019. This PR doesn't update all articles to shift emphasis to VS 2022, but instead, focuses only on updating the article about the main sample.
