Includes updates to the rotation models of Mercury, Mars, Jupiter, Phobos, Deimos and the moons of Saturn, using the data from the IAU WGGCRE report of 2015. I've also made some fixes to the lunar rotation model (last included in the 2009 report), and removed the unused IAU Earth model, which is no longer recommended.
Admittedly, I haven't done much testing, other than checking that Mercury and Mars are roughly oriented as they were before, and that the moons have their prime meridians facing their parent planets (Jupiter's rotation model is currently unused, same goes for some of the Saturnian moons).
