Testing Completed:

• Yes (Small note, one test failed when creating the package. This error seems to have been introduced with Microsoft gitflow automation (4916e0e#diff-e2e0c69935b0e4716d96cbf57260415a9c84a56d54c111f31821fb93747dbbc4R275). Given this error has been present for a year and PRs are still able to be made, I left be)
