Inspired by Academia.edu. I downloaded a paper and when the download started, I got a form politely asking whether I want to give the authors a small info on what got me interested in that work.
I think it is a good workflow, to have an optional form, that can be skipped, or simply closed the window, when the download is already running.
Either it can be one question set by the repository / collection admin, and the feedback goes to them, or it can be an authors' question and the feedback goes to them.
