[Android] - note title input shall be without camel-case in Italian locale

Use case:
Type text in new note title, for instance "this is the title".
Displayed title: "This Is The Title" (all words start with capital letter).
Expected title: "This is the title" (only first word starting with capital letter).

I think the same expected behavior can be extended to other locales.
