Describe the regression
The page size DropDownLisr in the Pager supports only two-digit numbers. This is a regression of #1234 , but now it affects all themes.

Expected behavior
The page size DropDownList should be able to handle any reasonable number of variable length. For example, consider a min-content width instead of a hard-coded one.
