With the dev-preview release of operator that installs kepler 0.6.1, we have had multiple requests asking if the libbpf image can be deployed instead of bcc. The problem with the bcc based kepler image is the hard requirement on 5.x kernel which a lot of users of openshift do not meet since they are still on versions lower than 4.13.
Provided that libbpf based image is mature enough, it would be great if we could make a release 0.7.0 where the default image is libbpf, so that we make the next release of kepler-operator that deploys this image, allowing feedback from a lot users.
