Is your feature request related to a problem?

When debugging different versions of surrealdb it would be handy to have a quick reference of the different versions to test against. (in sandbox)

Describe the solution

Add a backend/surrealist version switcher somewhere (as a drop down, surrealist3 xxx - surrealdb xxx)

  • The backend when your in sandbox and its available on all versions (more faffy option, but higher flexibility, as you dont need a existing surrealist/surrealdb build)

  • The surrealist version that's running (on web) (surrealist-xxxx-surreal-2.0.2.surrealist.app/surrealist-xxxx-surreal-2.0.3.surrealist.app) (probably the easiest to implement)
