Describe the bug

Non-admin user, attempting to restore Pokedex, fails restoration. Admin user restoration succeeds.

Description of attempts

As Windows admin user, Pokedex restoration works just fine.
As non-admin user:

  1. The .msi only installs as an admin user, and any restoration attempt as the non-admin user running the program fails. The app can't even be run as a non-admin user when installed from the .msi
  2. The .exe does install as a non-admin user (installs to ~/AppData/Local/ - creates "com.supereffective.app" data and "SuperEffective Dex Tracker" program folders), but "Restore backup" fails to restore the Pokedex.
  3. Attempting to restore from the main screen flashes the screen (no feedback) and then going to the Pokedex Tracker shows it failed. Attempting to restore by first going to the Pokedex Tracker and to the game, and then restoring, shows me that it briefly (maybe 1/2 second) attempts to restore (I can the my "Caught" toggled really quickly, which is immediately undone).

Worked

Since this seems looks web-based, I thought my Pi-hole was blocking things, but I don't see any blocked connections. I tried it on Mac, and after scrolling all the way down to load everything and then restoring the backup, it worked on Mac just fine.

Extra info

I attempted installing v1.3 instead, but Windows Defender blocked it saying a file created by the installer was Wacatac.B!ml trojan... I uploaded it to virustotal and didn't see any issues.
