Describe the bug

When applying a list of two topics, only the first topic is created

To Reproduce

Create a file with multiple topics
Apply (success)
Only one topic (the first in the file) is created

Expected behavior
All topics should be created

Runtime environment

Jikkou: 0.16.0 (Docker)
Docker version: 20.10.21 baeda1f
Kafka Cluster Version: 3.3.2 (Amazon MSK)

hi @njlr, is this problem still present in version 0.18.0 or 0.19.0? Could you eventually share a sample of your file ?
