'UpdateSiteBinding' failed

I'm not sure if this is a bug in acmebot or if I've got something configured incorrectly. However, here is the error message I'm getting. (Sadly I had to retype it since the popup doesn't allow selecting text, so there may be some typos. I've retained the linebreaks as they appear.)

It looks like this was due to my app service plan not being sufficient. F1 and D1 plans don't include SSL for some reason.

Anyway, it might be good to handle the error a little better and/or to document this, but it's not a bug in the function.
