It should be possible to enter a tournament pot, and choose what percentages go to what place. This means that there would have to be a place to enter the "total pot" and then there would need to be some text entry fields where you can choose what percent each place gets, with an add button below this to add new places.

Obviously if money is involved this option requires a membership of some sort.
