There's no Closure

Expected Behavior

It supposed to load the toolbox

Actual Behavior

Shows an alert saying”
Error: Closure not found. Read this:
developers.google.com/blockly/guides/modify/web/closure,,

Steps to Reproduce

Open an playground from “scratch-blocks"

System Details

Windows 11 Firefox 104.0 (64 bit)

Same here. I am on ubuntu and I have about 30 projects that use closure but can not build scratch-blocks.

In the documentation it says

If you run into any trouble with this step, or see the following dialog please refer to [Google's Blockly documentation](https://developers.google.com/blockly/guides/modify/web/closure).

But the Google's Blocky documentation leads to a 404

A symlink needs to be made in the parent directory as described in https://github.com/LLK/scratch-blocks/wiki#installation.

after that can cause to other issue - see my comment on #2364 for solve it
