Avoid horizontal scrolling in navbar/toolbar on small screens #8024

Depending on the actual navbar content and the screen size, the navbar can overflow which makes horizontal scrolling necessary. We should avoid this.

Possible mitigations:

  • use smaller buttons if space is scarce (e.g., for the buttons "Ai Analysis" and "Menu")
  • combine the overwrite-mode buttons into one binary button
  • other ideas?
  • put rarely used tools in overflow menu?
