[rocon_remocon] start interaction failure handling

rocon_remocon failed to start interaction with following warning

[warning] Interactions Chooser : start interaction failed [invalid interaction specified [could not find turtlebot_rviz_launchers/view_teleop_navigation.launch on the filesystem]]

But it has still started paired rapp and also Stop Interaction button was disabled. So it neither stop interaction cleanly nor enable stop interaction button when it gets this warning.
