Currently NumPy appears to be a hard dependency

However it isn't listed in conda or the wheel

run:
- {{ pin_compatible('cuda-version', max_pin='x', min_pin='x') }}
{% if cuda_major == "11" %}
- cudatoolkit
{% endif %}
- libwholegraph ={{ version }}
- python

[project]
name = "pylibwholegraph"
dynamic = ["version"]
description = "pylibwholegraph - GPU Graph Storage for GNN feature and graph structure"
authors = [
{ name = "NVIDIA Corporation" },
]
license = { text = "Apache 2.0" }
requires-python = ">=3.10"
classifiers = [
"Intended Audience :: Developers",
"License :: OSI Approved :: Apache Software License",
"Programming Language :: Python",
"Programming Language :: Python :: 3.10",
"Programming Language :: Python :: 3.11",
]

Should this be updated to reflect this dependency?
