[Tabs] add Indicator component similar to NavigationMenu indicator

Overview

Hello, in our app we use tabs-looking components a lot and we reuse same styles for navigation menu links

I wanted to use Tabs and Navigation menu accordingly but noticed that Tabs component is missing the "Indicator" part so I'll need to implement additional logic to support same indicator's animation on tabs.

I wonder, are there any reasons of not adding indicator component there? Are there any plans to add it on a library side?

EDIT: wow, just realised that NavigationMenu.Indicator can be used only for NavigationMenu.Trigger and not for regular NavigationMenu.Link
