Missing subpackages

I wasn't getting nearly as much information as I wanted, so I added the following:

var systemResolve = System.resolve;
System.resolve = function (key, parent) {
  return systemResolve.apply(this, arguments)
    .then(path => {
      if (parent) {
        var parentData = imports[parent] = imports[parent] || {};
        var childData = imports[path] = imports[path] || {};

        childData.importPath = path
        parentData.importPath = parent

        if (parentData.deps)
          parentData.deps.push(childData);
        else
          parentData.deps = [childData];
      }
      return path;
    });
}

This captured much more information.
