docs: add deploy to Coolify.io

Hello Nuxters,

I'm a fan and a supporter of nuxt and wanted to contribute in any way possible.
Not sure if it is under cooking, but if not, I would be glad to add a deploy page for (Coolify.io)[https://coolify.io/]

Please let me know if that would be an acceptable pull request.
