Add examples to each tier / section / item

I dunno how in-depth we should be, but it would be nice to help guide people as they go through the checklist.

i.e. passing landing pages, tutorials, code of conduct, testing suite, etc

I think it'd be valuable to create a list of things that may not be clear to early career developers and add examples for those. Personally, I think the following bullets could use additional explanation or examples:

• "License is present"
• "Has documented style guide"
• "Code of Conduct present"
• "Contribution Guide present"
