Clarifying the number of CPUs used in Dell's CPU-only submissions #3

Dell's CPU-only submissions 3.1-0059 and 3.1-0060 seem to suggest that only one CPU out of two is used for inference:

    "system_name": "Dell PowerEdge Server R760 (1x Intel Xeon Platinum 8480+)",

    "number_of_nodes": "1",
    "host_processor_model_name": "Intel(R) Xeon(R) Platinum 8480+",
    "host_processors_per_node": "2",
    "host_processor_core_count": "112",

It would be good to clarify whether that's the case.

Also, the core count is normally per socket (56).
