Is it possible to use the Candela LTI plugin to create blogs as well?
The functionality we are looking for is to have 2 LTI connections: one where Moodle can create a blog and enroll users as admins and authors and secondly, a view only connection which is needed for OER distribution of the content in the pressbooks blog.

Can you point us in the right direction on how to handle this if it is even possible?
