Create server
Update server
  apt update
Install apache
  apt-get install apache2
Install php
  apt-get install php libapache2-mod-php
  
Install pandoc
  Visit pandoc github, find latest .deb
  wget onto server
  dpkg -i file.deb
Install pandoc stuff from imathas-extras
  copy into /var/www/html
  create imgs subdir, set permissions to allow writing
  create /var/www/datatmp/ directory, set permissios to allow writing
Install certbot
  https://certbot.eff.org/instructions?ws=apache&os=ubuntufocal
  certs are installed in /etc/letsencrypt/live/domain.name/
Install cleanup-old-files in /etc/cron.daily/ 

Install livepoll
  Install node
  Make livepoll directory, certs subdirectory
  wget index.js and package.json. npm install
Setup certs
  Go to /etc/letsencrypt/live/domain.name/ and copy certs to directory
     chmod a+r them
  go into /etc/letsencrypt/renewal-hooks/deploy and wget in livepoll.sh
  chmod a+x livepoll.sh
Restart service
  Copy livepoll.service to /lib/systemd/system/, editing the ExecStart path as needed.
  Start the server using: sudo systemctl start livepoll
  To make sure it autoruns on reboot, run: sudo systemctl enable livepoll
