How to display the filter data on chart tooltip in heatmap chat?

I am using the heatmap chart from the filament-apex-charts package. I want to display filtered data on the chart's tooltip. I have tried the following function, but I am not getting the filtered data.

Additionally, I want to display the currently selected data in the header of the chart. As you can see in the screenshot, the filter data is not displayed in the header.

I am using getFormSchema() for the filter and following the filament-apex-charts documentation. Can anyone help me with this issue?
