Trusted users have events automatically approved. That's a database flag, as well as a POST /users/:id/trusted endpoint, but no UI that I can tell for toggling trusted status, or showing that a user is trusted. We should add that in, including explaining what "trusted" is via a tooltip or just a more verbose badge, e.g. "Events Auto-approved".
