Exclude references to files that are not exported

I publish only a part of my files, and it happens that one note is published, but the files and links mentioned in it are not published, but the link is generated. Perhaps it is worth adding an option to the configuration, in which for such files the link will not be generated and it will be just text?

I think this solution will have a much better effect on SEO than leaving 404 links.
