Reduce the problem of putting repeat_until data in first_end #14

It's tedious to put the same date in the start and end dates. Some options:

require no end
auto-populate the end date as the start date is entered
just ask for duration (in minutes) instead, saving it as the end time.

My favourite is the last one. None of this applies to all-day events.
