Describe the bug
Doesn't support web environments which are crucial for web developers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Use '@thq/dapper' package within any web environment or any frontend web libraries
See error

Expected behavior
Work properly with both web and node environments.

Environment: Web
OS: macOS
Browser: Firefox
Version: 104

Additional context
We could fix this by checking for the environment and exporting necessarily or any other preferred workaround.
