Upon assigning a technician to an existing ticket, the subsequent notification email incorrectly displays the ticket status as "New" instead of the expected "Processing (Assigned)"
The tag used is ##ticket.status##
The notification is active and uses "New user" in assignees notifications.

Open the ticket and assign a technician.
Review the email notification, paying particular attention to the ##ticket.status## tag.
