Setup Billing Cycle [FEATURE REQUEST]

Nope, not related to a problem.
Describe the solution you'd like
Would it be possible to add a "Billing cycle" button along with Day, Week, Month, Year.... For example my billing cycle is 8th of each month, so I could set that up in advance and scroll back and forth from 8th to 8th of every month and see my bill for that month instead of setting date range each time.
