Dear ethereum builders team, I noticed that the Ethereum Builder's Guide doesn't have a contributor to translate it into Chinese. I want to do that. Can I join the team?

@vquanli It seems the project hasn't had any updates in a long while. I would say fork it and translate to Chinese :)
