Dear Dieterich-lab,

I have succesfully ran DCC module and it gave 4 outputs,
but however i have some doubts regarding FUCHS:
I have merged pair-end file with its mate files and have done indexed
do i have to prepare the bed6 annotation file?
can you please help me ?
