Was:

[metadata]
	nativetype = bids

is

[datalad "metadata"]
	nativetype = bids

ATM both variables are considered, but a switch needs to be made eventually.

While at it, check status of datalad/datalad#1938 and possible change to:

[datalad "metadata"]
	nativetype = bids
	nativetype = nifti1
