so crawl should get '--init', and all the params handling of crawl-init so we could initiate and crawl in one call. and so we could adjust parameters for crawl (such as fail_if_dirty) on the fly without modifying .datalad/crawl/crawl.cfg

it should get '--nosave' to replace --save
