[Feature] integrante Databricks chat/code assistant

Hi all!

This is an amazing package as I prefer to use vscode to write notebooks.

However, the Databricks assistant is getting better everyday. It would be amazing if we could have the chat/code assistant in vscode if the workspace have the feature enabled.

For my personal use, I use Google's Gemini assistant but for work I cannot use it due to IP reasons.
