What
Create a scoping doc with the initial investigation around refactoring Text Components.

Why
Our Text components are attached to html tags and functionality. They don't seem to fit our needs, as many times we need to adjust sizes and html tags. We've found a workaround: #239 but it's worth investigating what options do we have to improve the components.
